Bootcamp Classes


A Phyzique Specialty!

Our classes are based on trainer Jenny Zea's years of experience in group and
bootcamp training in LA. She has brought these unique and intense workout
techniques to Chicago to keep you challenged and in the best shape of your life.

Classes are for all fitness levels: beginners are often in attendance and do the
routine to the best of their ability: working up to an entire class without having to
take breaks.

Be prepared to work hard and see the amazing results. You will not find a class like
this anywhere else in Chicagoland - we suggest signing up each week to reserve
your spot as they fill up fast!

Note:

Phyzique believes that a strong, supportive community is key to helping you
reach your fitness goals. If time allows, feel free to come to class a few minutes
early or stick around afterward to get to know Jenny and other class members.
