One-on-one training is a great way to get started with a new fitness routine or learn how to step up your current routine. Your first session will include a 30-minute Discovery Session where you will talk about what you would like to get out of your workouts.
Jenny takes pride in her personal approach: you will never have the same workout twice and she will spend time before each of your sessions to really zero in on your goals and create a workout that can most effectively help you reach your goal. Workouts include circuit training, weight lifting, various cardio, an enthusiastic trainer to keep it fun!
